Office Renovation. This building in Fernburg Rd Paddington Brisbane was purpose built as a bakery in the late 1800,s. As a design construct project Kevin worked with the clients budget to achieve a modern design yet still maintaining the heritage features of the past. It has been repurposed to accommodate the clients' accounting firm.
