Kevin has undertaken two major projects on our circa 1930's colonial home. The first involved restorative work to return the home to her former glory. The second involved a large renovation.
He did a superb job on both occasions. Kevin is not only a masterful tradesman but is also very helpful with design suggestions. The renovation was completed early with no cost overruns. He coordinated all other tradespersons with ease which made the project flow completely smoothly.
Above all Kevin is a great bloke who is very approachable and easy to get along with. In fact, he was good to have around! We couldn't recommend Kevin more highly. We would never use another builder - not even Bob."

I am writing in testimony of Kevin Lee’s professionalism, workmanship and character. In my role as Vice President of the Cavendish Road State High School P & C Association, I was nominated to oversee the refurbishment of the school canteen.
