Still Waters

Still Waters was a complete renovation to an existing home. The owner wanted the renovation to reflect their lifestyle and allow the house to be opened up to their water views.

Kevin Lee constructions worked closely with the client to make sure the end product delivered on their vision. This was a very fluid renovation with the client changing theing their specification significantly during the renovation.

This is a common process which makes some builders become resistent to specification changes. Not us we understand that as opportunities arise the creative process can cause changes from the original design.
